MINA supports men from all walks of life on their journey dealing with HIV Aids and engaging around their sexual health.

A charismatic young man from a large family residing in Ezingolweni, Port Shepston, Ntando was born in 1991 and has been living with HIV since 2016. After his diagnosis, he received support from friends and family. Fortunately, some of these people had HIV already, meaning he had some knowledge of how to live a healthy, full life with HIV and how to care for yourself.

A particular role model of his was his late older brother, who himself lived with HIV and was the first person Ntando told about his status

When Ntando isn’t helping other men living with HIV via the program Coach Impilo, he is producing music, writing poetry, playing rugby and cricket.

'I still have kids to make. I still have a family to raise.'
